This is basically the Dark Bones version of Dry Bowser. His dark skeletal body is combined with red bracelets, a dark red shell, and orange spikes on the shell. Even his vehicles have been modified to match this color scheme.
Oddly, Dark Dry Bowser’s standard vehicles are highly identical to that of Dark Bones’s. The difference being the logos that are on them.

Cool, I was hoping this would come out soon. Actually I thought you said you were doing something else before this, but I guess I was mistaken. Looks pretty awesome, and if I have time today (unlikely) I'll try and test it out before I have to go. More than half of the roster has been finished now… You're starting to run out of people to do textures for : P
Though if worst comes to worst you could always do colored Yoshis which probably won't take all that long since they'd just be color swaps of that red one you made on the bikes/karts and the actual characters. I saw you did something like this similar for the New Super Mario Bros Yoshis, which I downloaded awhile back and have been using with my sister's kids.
Well, I was working on a texture for Brawl, prior to doing Dark Dry Bowser, so you were right about me doing something else.
He looks like a model of Bowser made out of poop.
